The contest took place in an exciting and attractive atmosphere with 4 parts: Greeting, knowledge, talent and propaganda. According to the evaluation of the organizing committee, the teams had prepared carefully from the script to the staging, costumes, props; showing the uniqueness and identity of each branch.

In particular, in the propaganda competition, many women's union officials had inspiring voices, good propaganda skills and methods, touching the emotions of the listeners; the talent competition was confident, with many highly artistic contents. Thereby, widely propagating the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws on women and children; the union's work and the women's movement; the four qualities of women: "Confidence - Self-respect - Loyalty - Responsibility" and the criteria "Intelligence, courage, discipline, humanity".

After successfully completing the contest, Ms. Ro Lan Mlu, Head of the Women's Group, Branch 7, Company 715 (Army Corps 15) excitedly said: "When I received the task of participating in the contest, I was a bit worried, but with the attention and encouragement of leaders at all levels, I brought all my ability and enthusiasm to complete the content. The contest helped me learn a lot of knowledge, experience, and skills to carry out the work of the association and the women's movement. From there, I propagated, mobilized, and organized for members to develop production, build prosperous, progressive, and happy families."

Speaking at the contest, Colonel Nguyen The Bich, Party Secretary, Deputy Director of Company 715 affirmed: "The contest is a forum for intelligence and talent, widely and effectively promoting the glorious tradition of Vietnamese women in general, and women in the Army in particular, enriching the cultural and spiritual life of female cadres and members in the company".

The Party Secretary of Company 715 requested Party committees, commanders and the Executive Committee of the Women's Union at the grassroots level to continue to propagate and apply the results of the contest into practical activities; further improve the quality of the union's work and the women's movement, and make many achievements to celebrate Vietnamese Women's Day October 20.
