Announcement of the Decision to promote the rank of Colonel for comrade Nguyen Tien Do - Deputy Director of Yen Bai Provincial Police

Yen Bai - On the afternoon of March 25, Yen Bai Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security to promote the rank of Comrade Nguyen Tien Do, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel. Comrade Colonel Le Viet Thang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Police, chaired the ceremony.

Colonel Le Viet Thang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the decision and flowers to congratulate Colonel Nguyen Tien Do - Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department.

Attending the announcement ceremony were leaders of the Provincial Police and representatives of professional units in the Provincial Police.

At the ceremony, authorized by the Minister of Public Security, Colonel Le Viet Thang, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Party Secretary, Director of the Provincial Police Department, presented the Decision to promote the rank from Lieutenant Colonel to Colonel and presented flowers to congratulate Comrade Nguyen Tien Do, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department.

The Director of the Provincial Police Department hopes that in his new position, Colonel Nguyen Tien Do will continue to promote his capacity, work experience, set an example, uphold his role and responsibility together with the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, the leadership of the Provincial Police Department to do a good job of advising the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and leading and directing the Police forces at all levels in the province to strive to synchronously and resolutely deploy solutions to ensure security and order in the area, effectively serving the cause of local economic and social development.

Previously, on February 28, 2025, Yen Bai Provincial Police held a ceremony to announce the Decision of the Minister of Public Security on appointing Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Tien Do, Head of Yen Bai City Police, to the position of Deputy Director of Yen Bai Provincial Police.
