Previously, on September 6, the Investigation Police Agency prosecuted and temporarily detained two nannies: Nguyen Thi Ngoc Cam (46 years old, from Dong Nai) and Diep Ngoc Tuyen (47 years old, from Soc Trang) for the crime of "Torturing others".
Since then, the Investigation Police Agency has continuously invited Ms. Giap Thi Song Huong and a number of nannies and employees of the Hoa Hong orphanage to work.
Currently, to serve the work of expanding the investigation and handling the subjects, the Criminal Police Department - Ho Chi Minh City Police Department issued a notice to find witnesses and related people.
Specifically, the police are looking for people who have sent or adopted children from the Hoa Hong shelter or Ms. Song Huong. At the same time, the police are also calling for witnesses and people who know the case to cooperate with the investigation.
The police also searched for benefactors who had done charity work, donated cash, money transfers and materials to the Hoa Hong shelter or Ms. Song Huong.
