Assessing the implementation of tasks in the first quarter of 2025, the leaders of Phu Ninh district called on cadres and civil servants not to neglect their work, promote a sense of responsibility, and best fulfill assigned targets and tasks until the Central Government has an official policy on the arrangement of administrative units at all levels.

In the first months of the year, industrial production, trade and services in Phu Ninh district continued to grow steadily. Of which, the value of industrial and handicraft production is estimated at 725.6 billion VND, equal to 24.4% of the 2025 plan, up 13.4% over the same period in 2024.

The value of trade and services reached 1,181.5 billion VND, reaching 25.1% of the 2025 plan, up 15.4% over the same period last year. The total budget revenue in the area up to March 12, 2025 is estimated at 30.9 billion VND, equal to 15.65% of the plan assigned by the province.

In addition to the achieved results, the People's Committee of Phu Ninh district acknowledged that the development of plans to maintain and improve new rural criteria in 2025 by units and localities was slow; the disbursement rate of public investment capital was low; there was still a delay in processing records on the system...

In the second quarter of 2025, the Phu Ninh District Party Committee and People's Committee encouraged and called on the district's cadres and civil servants to focus on working with a sense of responsibility and completing assigned tasks and tasks at the highest level.

Phu Ninh District People's Committee assigned the District Department of Home Affairs to coordinate with the Office of the District People's Council - People's Committee to advise on launching a peak emulation campaign to strive to best implement the targets and tasks, associated with fundamentally resolving the shortcomings and limitations pointed out before the end of the district government's activities.

According to Mr. Huynh Xuan Chinh - Chairman of Phu Ninh District People's Committee, with the launch of this emulation campaign, the entire political system from the district to the village level will join in fiercely, determined to complete the maximum amount of work set out according to the 2025 plan.

To speed up the disbursement of public investment capital, Mr. Chinh stated that for completed projects, investors should focus on completing final settlement and not leave debts.

According to the communes' data, there are 74 completed projects that have not yet been finalized. The group of projects that are under construction need to be classified; there must be a specific list of extended projects, projects determined to be completed in April, May, June 2025 and people assigned to monitor and urge the implementation progress...

Emphasizing the tasks that Phu Ninh needs to complete by June 2025, Mr. Vu Van Tham - Secretary of Phu Ninh District Party Committee said that this is the time when the district's officials and civil servants need to devote all their heart and mind to the assigned work, and prepare themselves mentally to adapt to the new working environment. The spirit is to stick to the job, uphold discipline and public service discipline, and have specific products as a measure of one's capacity and reputation.

“By the end of June 2025, Phu Ninh must complete the removal of temporary and dilapidated houses; at the same time, resolutely not let outstanding debts arise in basic construction. Projects that have reached 70% of the volume must be accelerated to complete and finalize payment in June. The investment capital allocated in 2025, the district prioritizes essential areas for people's lives such as: education, health, transportation, new rural areas…” - Mr. Tham said.
