The above car belongs to Mr. MVU (living in Ward 3, Bac Lieu City) who just bought it, has not installed a license plate yet, and plans to use it as a taxi.

On the evening of March 24, due to family matters, Mr. U. drove his car from Vo Thi Sau Street (Ward 3) to the area in front of the gate of Phung Ngoc Liem Children's House (Ward 7, Bac Lieu City) to temporarily park. On the morning of March 25, he returned and discovered that four of his car's wheels had been stolen. Mr. U. later reported the incident to the authorities.

Ward 7 Police are coordinating with the Provincial Police to examine the scene and clarify the incident.
