Runner-up Bui Khanh Linh's parents advise their daughter before the Miss Intercontinental 2024 competition day

At the event of presenting the Miss Intercontinental Vietnam 2024 sash to runner-up Bui Khanh Linh, the father of the beauty from Bac Giang shared: "I am moved when my daughter takes on the responsibility of representing Vietnam in the Miss Intercontinental 2024 contest. I always tell my daughter that no matter what she wants to do, she needs to train herself to have a bright mind, because people with a bright mind will do bright things. Runner-up Bui Khanh Linh's mother confided that her daughter had a hard time since she was born into a farming family in her hometown of Bac Giang. "My family is a farmer, I teach my daughter to try her best in all circumstances. Only by studying can she reap good results. I wish her good health and confidence on her new journey. No matter what the outcome is, I always hope that she will confidently do the best things for her youth."

Therefore, a lot of pressure is placed on Bui Khanh Linh's shoulders at this year's Miss Intercontinental contest.
