Thanks to that determination, the team was crowned V-League 2023 champion for the first time after many years of waiting.

The 2023 V-League championship marks the return of the Public Security team and the players and members of the club have contributed greatly, played their best and dedicated themselves to achieving the achievement.
And to acknowledge those efforts, immediately after winning the title, the Club's Board of Directors disbursed the entire bonus of 5 billion VND from the Tournament Organizing Committee. That was the only reward to acknowledge the contributions of all the players."
The Hanoi Police Club also confirmed that the team paid personal income tax for each member to transfer the full bonus amount to the players according to the original plan.
In addition, the club is always consistent in its policy of playing for the highest goal. Because of that policy, the players need to play with responsibility to complete each set goal.
After each match, regardless of whether the result is win or loss, the Club's Board of Directors always has timely encouragement for all members.

"So right from the start of the new season with many changes and challenges, the excellent performances in recent matches at V-League 2023-24 have proven that the players always give their all for the flag and the shirt.
That is the premise for the club to continue to contribute and conquer the goals set for this year's season," the police team affirmed.
Previously, after the match between Cong An Ha Noi and Ha Noi FC on the evening of November 3, the information that coach Tran Tien Dai said that he and the players had not received the V-League championship bonus caused a stir in public opinion.
"It can be said that no team in history like Hanoi Police Club has won the championship without receiving bonuses from the club. For nearly a month now, we have done everything we can to hurt the compassion and honor of the players so that they can compete without receiving bonuses from the club.
I hope this year's season will change so that the players can focus on playing," Coach Tran Tien Dai shared.
After round 3 of V-League, coach Tran Tien Dai will withdraw, giving the head coach position to coach Gong Oh Kyun.
