In the past 2 years, thanks to the propaganda and mobilization of the Front and functional agencies, business households in Nguyen Xa 2 residential group, Minh Khai ward, Bac Tu Liem district have not encroached on the roadway, sidewalk, or built platforms that cause traffic safety and urban beauty problems. The general cleaning every Saturday morning, maintaining self-managed roads, and placing garbage on time and in the right place have been carried out in a disciplined manner, so the streets are always clean and beautiful.

Party Cell Secretary, Head of the Front Work Committee of Nguyen Xa 2 Residential Group Nguyen Thi Minh Thuy said that the residential group has established conventions and village regulations, including regulations on implementing a civilized lifestyle. Thanks to that, up to now, the residential group has more than 98% of households achieving the title of "Cultural Family", "Learning Family"...

In Thanh Xuan district, Mr. Khong Minh Thao - Chairman of the district Fatherland Front Committee said that the Standing Committee of the Thanh Xuan district Fatherland Front Committee has soon developed a plan to maintain, replicate, and build new typical models and build self-management groups to implement models closely following the 5 contents of the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas". Accordingly, the whole district is maintaining 86 typical models, such as: "The mural road in urban civilized order"; "Each family has a fire extinguisher"; "Residential areas without garbage gathering places, garbage piles, and classified ads"; "Solidarity to build prosperous, equal, and progressive families"; "Installing security and environmental sanitation surveillance cameras in Ninh My residential area"; "The alleys bloom at alleys 1 and 55 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum"... At the same time, maintain and expand the implementation of 145 self-management groups in 145 residential areas and neighborhood groups.

As for Quan Hoa ward, Cau Giay district, for many years now, it has become a typical locality of the district in implementing urban civilization and many other movements. Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Quan Hoa ward, Pham Minh Hai, said that to maintain and expand civilized residential area models, it is necessary to have the cooperation and contribution of the Front cadres at the grassroots level. Because all movements and activities are directed towards the grassroots level, towards residential areas.

Evaluating the effectiveness of typical models in residential areas in Hanoi, Chairwoman of the Hanoi Fatherland Front Committee Nguyen Lan Huong said that the Fatherland Front at all levels in districts and towns has successfully built and maintained models to effectively implement the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" has demonstrated the close relationship and close connection between the authorities at all levels and the people. The active development of "civilized urban" criteria, through the activities of the Front in conjunction with skillful mass mobilization models, and government mass mobilization, has contributed to building the urban face of localities in particular and the capital in general to become increasingly bright, green, clean, beautiful, civilized and modern.

Typically, 86 models, typical examples and 145 self-management groups in residential areas and residential groups in Thanh Xuan district have been built and implemented following clear criteria. Thanks to that, the models have been recognized by the community, have sustainability and can be widely replicated.

“In the coming time, the Fatherland Front at all levels in districts, in addition to paying attention to and promoting propaganda so that people can properly implement the policies and laws of the Party and State, needs to focus on continuing to build many models of the Front around the work of ensuring urban civilization, self-management in residential communities; fire prevention, preserving traditional cultural beauty... These activities need to be clearly shown in the conventions of residential groups and residential areas" - Ms. Nguyen Lan Huong said.
