"4 Good Party Cells" - The Core is in Party Members

“4 Good Party Cells” is a model that concretizes the spirit of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW, dated June 16, 2022, of the Party Central Committee on “Strengthening the consolidation and building of grassroots party organizations and improving the quality of party members in the new period”. In Quang Ninh, the construction of “4 Good Party Cells” and “4 Good Grassroots Party Committees” has received attention from Party committees at all levels, creating positive changes in strengthening the fighting capacity of grassroots party organizations; enhancing the image, prestige and role of party members, meeting the requirements of tasks in the new situation.

The Party cell of Binh Luc Ha area, Hong Phong ward, Dong Trieu town, currently has 39 party members. Right from the beginning of 2024, after agreeing to register to build the model of "4 good party cells" (good completion of political tasks; good quality of activities; good solidarity, good discipline; good cadres and party members), the Party cell has closely followed the evaluation criteria framework, based on the conditions and characteristics of the neighborhood, to build a specific action plan with many good and effective practices that have been recognized.

Commenting on the activities of the Binh Luc Ha Ward Party Cell, Comrade Pham Thanh Du, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Hong Phong Ward, Dong Trieu Town (standing) emphasized: This is one of the Party Cells that has concretized and effectively implemented the model of "4 Good Party Cells" with specific programs and actions, in which the most prominent is the effective implementation of new models and methods in mobilizing people to donate land to open roads, mobilizing socialized resources to invest in infrastructure, urban embellishment...

Binh Luc Communal House was built by the Binh Luc Ha Party Cell with a total investment of nearly 12 billion VND, calling for 100% socialized resources from the people and businesses, and is expected to complete phase 1 before Tet to serve the needs of local people and tourists from all over.

Party members of Binh Luc Ha District Party Cell always uphold the spirit of responsibility, closely follow the issues of people's concern; thereby, grasp the ideological situation and public opinion to have specific and timely solutions and directions.

The construction of "4 Good Party Cells" has also been effectively implemented by the Party Cell of Quarter 1, Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, with the motto "Each comrade in the Party Committee, each Party member in the Party Cell, always thoroughly grasps the spirit of solidarity, takes the lead and is exemplary in all activities to build the neighborhood to develop and progress more and more".

The concretization of the model of "4 Good Party Cells" through activities has helped each Party member in the Party Cell of Quarter 1, Hong Ha Ward, Ha Long City, strengthen solidarity and unity in activities and have a deeper awareness of their responsibilities, becoming exemplary models in politics, ideology, moral qualities, and lifestyle to perform well their tasks and join hands in developing the neighborhood.

With the joint efforts and consensus of the people and the example set by cadres and party members, since the beginning of 2024, Zone 1 has installed 21 surveillance cameras in the alleys; contributing to building a civilized neighborhood, ensuring security and order.

The comrades of the Party Committee of Ward 1, Hong Ha Ward, visited, encouraged and supported the family of Ms. Dao Thi Lien, in Group 6, whose roof was blown off in the recent storm No. 3.

Mr. Ninh Van Quang, Party cell secretary and head of Khe Luc village, Dai Duc commune, Tien Yen district, has always been an exemplary person in implementing the policies of the Party and the State and has constantly studied, strived and trained. With a clear and specific criteria framework of the "4 good party cell" model, the Party Cell of the Mining Engineering Technology Department, the Party Committee of Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company has always closely followed and considered this a solid foundation, to jointly come up with initiatives to rationalize production, thereby applying them in mining activities, helping to increase productivity and save costs for the Company.

Thanks to the promotion of the implementation of the model "4 Good Party Cells", the Party Cell of the Mining Engineering Technology Department, the Party Committee of Ha Lam Coal Joint Stock Company has had many initiatives in production and business, helping to benefit and save the Company from 7 - 8 billion VND/year.

Although it has only been deployed throughout the province since the beginning of 2024, up to now, the emulation to build the model of "4 Good Party Cells" has spread more and more widely to each Party cell and Party member in localities, from rural to urban areas, from mountainous areas to border and island areas. All aim to build an increasingly rich and powerful Quang Ninh province.
