Organizing Culture, Sports and Tourism Week of Vinh Long province

According to the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of the South and National Reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and the 139th anniversary of International Labor Day (May 1, 1886 - May 1, 2025), the Culture, Sports and Tourism Week of Vinh Long province will be held for 7 days from April 26 to May 2.

Accordingly, the main activities include: Thanh Tra Festival, a public performance to establish a Vietnamese record of 135 culinary dishes made with Thanh Tra ingredients from Binh Minh Town; Southern Traditional Cake Festival combined with Trade Promotion Fair, OCOP Products and Regional Specialties; Vinh Long Open Cycling Tournament; Vinh Long Marathon; organizing water puppetry performances. In addition, organizing Famtrip to promote tours to Mang Thit heritage; water music program, nightly club and group art performances; organizing sampan racing competitions; paragliding performances; organizing carnival street parades and Honda 67 reunions nationwide...

The series of activities of the Culture, Sports and Tourism Week aims to promote and advertise the province’s products and tourism development potential. At the same time, it creates conditions for exchange and cooperation among participating provinces and cities.
