On August 10-11, Phu Tho Journalism Club in Hanoi organized the program "Journey of connecting love" in Yen Lap and Ha Hoa districts.
At the program, Phu Tho Press Club in Hanoi donated 40 bicycles (total value of 68 million VND) and 50 gifts (total value of 50 million VND) to poor students who have overcome difficulties and achieved high results in their studies; supported the construction of 5 Great Unity houses (4 houses total value of 200 million VND, 1 house worth 120 million VND).
Funds were mobilized from the joint efforts of businesses such as: Hoang Tuan Beauty Salon, MB Military Bank, Vietnam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade (Vietinbank), Cat Vang Group Joint Stock Company, Phu Tho Young Entrepreneurs Association, Lam Thao Superphosphate and Chemical Joint Stock Company, Info Real Estate... and philanthropists.
Phu Tho Press Club in Hanoi donated money to support the construction of a house for Ms. Ha Thi Canh's family in Minh Thuong area, Phuc Khanh commune, Yen Lap district.
Also in the program, Phu Tho Press Club in Hanoi connected and coordinated with Hoai Duc General Hospital to organize medical examinations, health consultations, and provide free medicine for more than 300 people in Yen Lap district.
The Phu Tho Journalism Club in Hanoi was established in 2016 by Phu Tho natives working in the field of journalism and media in the capital, with the spirit of "mutual love and support", "helping each other" and implementing the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front "The whole community joins hands to help the poor, leaving no one behind". At the same time, the Club regularly organizes charity programs, sharing, helping students with the spirit of overcoming difficulties, and families with disadvantaged and unlucky circumstances in society.
