TPO - The contractor is rushing to construct the remaining section of the Le Quang Dao extended road project to open the entire route to traffic in May 2025.
The total length of the route is 2.6km. The starting point is at the intersection of Le Quang Dao - Thang Long Avenue (Nam Tu Liem District); the end point is at Duong Noi Urban Area (Ha Dong District). |
According to the design, the route has the inter-regional road standard with a speed of 60km/h. The cross-section is 40m, meeting 6 lanes. |
To reduce traffic congestion, from January 22, the section from the Thang Long Boulevard intersection to the end of the intersection with Dai Mo Street (Road 70) with a length of 1.9km has been basically completed and approved by the Hanoi People's Committee to be put into temporary operation. |
With about 700m remaining of the project, the section from the intersection with Highway 70 to Anland Lakeview apartment is currently under construction. |
According to the assessment, up to now, the project has completed over 93% of the work volume. The entire route is expected to open to traffic in May 2025. |
The investment project to build the extended Le Quang Dao route, when completed, will help shorten travel time between Nam Tu Liem district and Ha Dong district. |
The intersection of Road 70 - Trung Van - Duong Noi belongs to the Le Quang Dao extended road project. |
Currently, the contractor is concentrating equipment and machinery to urgently complete the remaining items. |
