In addition to the enrollment application and a copy of the child's birth certificate, which are required documents, this year, Ms. Hue does not have to bring her household registration book and a copy of the household registration book as before.

Storing records is also very convenient, reducing the time to declare documents and forms..."
During the implementation of the enrollment registration procedure for children at kindergartens, teachers provided specific instructions to help people better understand the benefits of performing administrative transactions on the VNeID application. This is also an opportunity to review, supplement, and update missing information, especially residential information in localities. In fact, there are a few cases where residential information has not been fully updated and the commune police have contacted the commune police to update and supplement the electronic records on the VNeID application to ensure safety and accuracy.

Ms. Le Thi Thai Ha - specialist in charge of preschool education, Department of Education and Training of Thach Ha district informed: "From August 2 to now, 11/28 preschools in the area have organized preschool enrollment for the 2023-2024 school year. According to the plan, enrollment will be completed before August 10. In addition to the application for admission and a notarized copy of the child's birth certificate, other priority documents if any, this school year, enrollment is more favorable, the work of checking and verifying records, especially residence information is very clear because most parents have installed and integrated related information in the VNeID level 2 application".
On August 4, Thach Hoi Kindergarten received over 80 admission applications from children of nursery age.
Major Nguyen Tien Binh - Captain of the Administrative Management Police Team for Social Order, Thach Ha District Police said: "Up to now, the District Police have received over 99,868 applications for electronic identification accounts, of which 94,762 electronic identification accounts have been activated for citizens, reaching 103% of the planned target set for July 2023, ranking 2nd in the province in terms of electronic identification activation rate.
In the coming time, Thach Ha District Police will continue to focus on propaganda work, promote the collection and activation of electronic identification for citizens, effectively carry out key tasks in Project 06/CP of the Government on developing applications of population data, electronic identification and authentication, serving national digital transformation in the period of 2022 - 2025, with a vision to 2030...”.
