Up to now, the preparation work has been completed, we have also purchased many types of seafood caught from fishermen around the area to prepare for the upcoming Hung Kings' death anniversary holiday such as: lobster, jumping squid, spiny snails, grouper, clams... ".



To serve diners, Hai Au restaurant has also created a menu with many attractive seafood dishes such as: lobster sashimi, grilled lobster, grilled sea urchin, sea snails stir-fried with lemongrass and chili, squid...
On this occasion, nearly 20 Ky Xuan coastal restaurants have also completed preparations and started opening to serve "believers" who love Ha Tinh seafood cuisine.

As a famous coastal tourist area, Thien Cam (Cam Xuyen) attracts on average more than 1 million visitors each year to visit, relax and enjoy seafood. At this time, 40 seafood restaurants serving in Thien Cam Tourist Area have completed renovations and menus to prepare to welcome guests.
Mr. To Duc Vong - Owner of Hoan Vong Restaurant (Thien Cam Tourist Area) said: "Unlike many previous years, when we only opened in April, in the past few years, thanks to the policy of the district and the Management Board of the tourist area, the restaurants have maintained operations from the beginning of the year. However, the number of guests is expected to increase sharply during the upcoming Hung Kings' Commemoration Day holiday on April 30 and May 1, we have upgraded the restaurant, invested in building more tanks and actively worked with ship/boat owners to purchase seafood. The facility has begun to welcome and serve guests to enjoy the cuisine at the restaurant".
It is known that this year, Hoan Vong restaurant added about 10 more tables, increasing the number of tables serving customers at the same time to 30 tables, meeting the needs of about 100 customers at the same time.


Also at Thien Cam beach resort, this year, many restaurants boldly invested billions of dong to upgrade or expand, building more space, seafood tanks, and modern kitchens to serve tourists such as: Bien Xanh, Thien Y, Tuan Phu Quy, Nhien Que...

Along with restaurants in Ky Xuan (Ky Anh district), Thien Cam (Cam Xuyen), seafood restaurants in tourist areas and spots such as Xuan Thanh tourist area, Phu Minh Gia (Nghi Xuan), Loc Ha beach tourist area (Thach Ha), Thach Hai (Ha Tinh city)... are also completing preparations to welcome tourists to the sea.
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hung - Owner of Bien Goi Restaurant (Xuan Thanh Tourist Area, Nghi Xuan) said: "Along with investing in upgrading infrastructure and equipment to create a comfortable space for visitors, we pay special attention to the supply of fresh seafood. To ensure quality, we directly contract with fishing boat owners in localities in the region such as Xuan Yen, Xuan Thanh, Xuan Lien... to purchase. The restaurant's tanks are ready with fresh seafood to serve visitors to enjoy."



In addition to preparing fresh seafood, restaurants are always researching and creating menus to prepare attractive seafood dishes to enhance the characteristic flavor of their hometown's "products". Mr. Nguyen Xuan An - Owner of Hai Chau Restaurant (Loc Ha Beach Resort, Loc Ha Town, Thach Ha District) shared: "Ha Tinh seafood is delicious, but how to prepare it in a diverse and attractive way is also extremely important. Every year, we learn and add many different dishes. This year, we have many attractive dishes such as: mackerel salad, herring salad, steamed lobster, seafood soup, grilled fresh squid... Along with the dishes, the menu is clearly listed at reasonable prices, suitable for the general market".
