On February 26, Trang Bang town started construction of a resettlement area in Hung Thuan commune with an area of over 10 hectares, planning to arrange about 402 plots of land for households subject to resettlement, each plot from 100m2 to 200m2 . Here, full investment in electricity and water infrastructure, traffic roads, lighting systems... is ensured to serve the needs of people's lives well.
The project implementation time is 270 days, expected to be completed by November 2025. Engineer To Van Linh, site engineer of the construction contractor, said that the resettlement project has cleared about 60% of the land, with about 4 hectares of people still being relocated and harvesting and liquidating agricultural products. Currently, the contractor is focusing on vehicles and workers to speed up the progress to bring the project to the finish line as scheduled.
At the Rach Son resettlement area project (Go Dau district), the resettlement site has been basically completed, and the contractor is mobilizing machinery and materials to carry out the next construction items.
Duong Minh Chau District is also one of the localities where some households are affected when implementing the Truong Chinh Road project. Ms. Huynh Vuong Hieu - Chairman of Duong Minh Chau District People's Committee said that the district is actively implementing procedures to be able to start the resettlement project soon in the near future.
Tay Ninh City Construction Investment Project Management Board is opening bids for the resettlement area package in Ward 3, Tay Ninh City. Accordingly, this resettlement area has an area of over 10,000 m2 , of which the adjacent residential land area is about 8,000 m2 ; there are 73 resettlement plots. The resettlement area in Ward 3 is also fully equipped with electricity, water, traffic, lighting systems... to serve the households.
According to the Tay Ninh City Construction Investment Project Management Board, after selecting a contractor, the project will be quickly implemented to soon put into operation, serving households subject to resettlement in Tay Ninh City.
