Kroos has a new role.

On March 19, Volker Struth and Sascha Breese, the two CEOs of Sports360, announced Kroos' new role. This is also the company that has represented and managed the former German player since 2009. Currently, Kroos will become one of the shareholders of the company, at the same time acting as a professional advisor to the players.

Mr. Volker Struth happily said: "Toni has been an important factor and a valuable asset for us throughout his career. With his communication skills, football talent and business acumen, he will continue to be an indispensable part of the company's future."

Sharing about this transformation, Kroos also said: "We have had a special journey together. I am proud that this journey continues. I will act as an advisor to the players throughout their careers and share my valuable experience."

Kroos will retire in July 2024. He played his final match as Germany lost to Spain in the quarter-finals of Euro 2024. Kroos was a key member of Germany's 2014 World Cup win and a string of major trophies at Real Madrid and Bayern Munich.

Since retiring, Kroos has devoted his time to a variety of activities, from modelling, coaching at a football academy, organising tournaments to running his own charity foundation. He admits that he is busier than when he was playing.

"My life has changed, but I think I work more than before," Kroos once shared. "I will start a new job that is more management and thinking, and also have to take care of personal projects more."
