On the morning of April 19, Bao Lac District People's Committee and PC1 Group Joint Stock Company held the inauguration and donation ceremony of Co Ba Kindergarten (Bao Lac). Attending were comrades: Tran Hong Minh, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Ha Ngoc Giap, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Luong Tuan Hung, member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc; leaders of a number of departments, branches and sectors.

Co Ba Kindergarten is sponsored by PC1 Group Joint Stock Company. The project started in November 2022 with a scale of 2-storey classrooms, total area of 570 ^m2 , including: 4 activity rooms, 4 reception rooms, 4 storage rooms, 4 shared toilets, stairs and some other auxiliary works, total value of 5 billion VND. After 5 months of construction, the items were completed and put into use.

The completion of the classrooms at Co Ba Kindergarten and putting them into use has practical significance, demonstrating the affection and responsibility of PC1 Group Joint Stock Company towards the future generations of the country, with profound humanity, for the cause of education, for the future of children of ethnic minorities, highland and border areas of the district. Provincial Party Secretary Tran Hong Minh and the delegation cut the ribbon to inaugurate Co Ba Kindergarten; presented gifts to teachers and students of the school.

Previously, Provincial Party Secretary Tran Hong Minh and the working delegation conducted a field survey of the flooded road during the construction of Bao Lac A Hydropower Plant in Co Ba Commune.

After the field survey, the Provincial Party Secretary requested the investor to closely coordinate with Bao Lac district to supplement and clarify the contents on land use, forest planning, resettlement for people... according to the opinions of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial People's Committee and specialized departments and branches to soon implement the project according to the set plan.
