According to the investor's report at the site, with 85 pole sections passing through Nghe An, the project has completed the wire pulling for 1 section, and 5 sections are being pulled. Up to now, the work of Nghe An province has been basically completed by the localities, handing over the entire area of 202 pole foundations and the entire corridor on the site to the investor. 121 pole positions have been completed, and the construction units are focusing on human resources and equipment to erect the remaining 81 pole positions. At the site, the construction units all committed to the Provincial Party Secretary to complete this work by the end of July 2024.

The construction process must ensure absolute labor safety. For localities where the project passes through, it is necessary to ensure the best security and order at the construction sites; strictly direct and manage the handed-over route corridor; promptly resolve arising issues, ensuring the set progress.

Although the special campaign to support the project has ended, the union members and youth need to arrange forces to support the construction units in traffic diversion, ensuring traffic during the wire pulling process, providing water for the construction teams; even sending forces to support cooking for the workers; supporting the return of the site after the completion of construction and continuing to propagate the importance of the 500kV line 3 to the people.
