Closing Ceremony of the 15th Student Sports Festival in 2025

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to the entire delegation of the Department of Education and Training.

After 7 days (from March 22-28, 2025), on the afternoon of March 28, the 15th Bac Lieu Provincial Student Sports Festival in 2025 was a great success. The festival was organized by the Department of Education and Training, with 2,220 athletes from 27 units (including 7 Departments of Education and Training and 20 high schools) participating. Athletes competed in 11 sports with 154 events, including: athletics, football, volleyball, pole pushing, table tennis, chess, badminton, swimming, traditional martial arts, Taekwondo, Vovinam.

At the end of the congress, the Organizing Committee awarded 176 sets of medals to athletes in 11 sports.

The Organizing Committee also awarded first, second and third prizes to units with good achievements in each sport and the overall team prize. Accordingly, the Department of Education and Training of Bac Lieu City won the first prize for the whole team of the Department of Education and Training with 71 medals (31 gold medals, 21 silver medals, 19 bronze medals); the second prize was awarded to the Department of Education and Training of Vinh Loi district with 61 medals (18 gold medals, 21 silver medals, 22 bronze medals); the third prize was awarded to the Department of Education and Training of Gia Rai town with 39 medals (15 gold medals, 10 silver medals, 14 bronze medals) and the Department of Education and Training of Dong Hai district with 35 medals (6 gold medals, 14 silver medals, 15 bronze medals).

The Organizing Committee awarded prizes to all units of the High School and Middle School block.

High school and middle school block: Bac Lieu High School won the first prize with 19 medals (8 gold medals, 6 silver medals, 5 bronze medals); Second prize was Ganh Hao High School with 14 medals (5 gold medals, 5 silver medals, 4 bronze medals); Third prize was Hiep Thanh High School with 11 medals (5 gold medals, 1 silver medal, 5 bronze medals)

High School Block: Vo Van Kiet High School won the first prize with 25 medals (11 gold medals, 7 silver medals, 7 bronze medals); Second prize was Gia Rai High School with 14 medals (1 gold medal, 7 silver medals, 6 bronze medals); Third prize went to Nguyen Trung Truc High School, Ngan Dua High School, Tan Phong High School.
