On the afternoon of November 25 in Hanoi, the Central Organizing Committee coordinated with the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics to organize the closing ceremony of the Training Course to update knowledge and skills for cadres planning members of the 14th Party Central Committee (Third Class).
Attending the ceremony were Politburo members: Standing member of the Secretariat, Chairman of the Central Inspection Committee Tran Cam Tu; Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Committee, Head of the Steering Committee of the class Le Minh Hung; Director of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics, Chairman of the Central Council of Theory, Permanent Deputy Head of the Steering Committee of the class Nguyen Xuan Thang.
At the closing ceremony, Standing member of the Secretariat and Chairman of the Central Inspection Commission Tran Cam Tu emphasized that the training course to update knowledge and skills was organized at a time when the entire Party, people and army are making efforts to implement the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress; promoting the work of building the Party and the political system; removing difficulties, obstacles, "bottlenecks" and "barriers", promoting socio-economic development, strengthening national defense and security...
With the special attention of the General Secretary, senior leaders of the Party and State, reporters, lecturers and the efforts of the trainees, the Training Course has completed the goals and tasks according to the set plan.
The Standing Secretariat believes that with the knowledge acquired when participating in the Training Course, with experience in life and working positions, the trainees will have more motivation and enthusiasm, continue to preserve and improve their political qualities, moral qualities, lifestyle, promote exemplary pioneering spirit, not afraid of difficulties and challenges, dare to think, dare to do, dare to innovate, be creative, actively study, research, apply new knowledge, good experiences, proactively remove difficulties and obstacles, handle newly arising issues effectively, excellently complete the tasks entrusted by the Party, State and people; contribute to the comprehensive successful implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolutions of the Central Committee, National Assembly, Government in 2024, term 2020-2025, actively prepare for Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress.

According to the report of the Steering Committee and the Organizing Committee of the Training Course, the trainees studied and discussed 33 topics, including 3 topics reported by experts from China, Japan and Australia. The study period is 6 weeks including Saturdays. Key leaders, leaders of the Party, State, leaders of central departments, ministries and branches compiled the topics and reported directly at the Training Course including 6 modules.
To complete the program, each student writes 4 reports related to the content of 6 modules and 1 graduation project related to each student's current job position.
The special feature of the Training Course is that for the first time, without precedent in the training program, updating knowledge and skills for planning cadres, member of the 14th Party Central Committee, Professor, Doctor To Lam, General Secretary of the Party Central Committee directly discussed the topic of the new era, the era of national development. The General Secretary also directly gave written test questions for students to do in class.
The training class was also honored to have leaders of the Party and State, members of the Politburo, members of the Secretariat, members of the Party Central Committee, former members of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Prime Ministers, and Heads of Central Committees and branches directly exchange, suggest, and discuss.
In addition, the trainees went on field research in Hai Phong city and Hai Duong province, where local leaders exchanged experiences in leadership and direction of Party building and political system, socio-economic development, tourism, services, investment attraction, national defense and security, etc.
At the Closing Ceremony, the Steering Committee and Organizing Committee of the Training Course awarded graduation certificates to 49 trainees who are planning cadres for the 14th Party Central Committee Executive Committee.
