4 days left to register for the "I Am Healthier" 2024 contest
The “Healthier Me” 2024 competition takes place over three months with three rounds (specific times). Participants have the opportunity to present in the fields of nutrition, health and exercise, and participate in physical activities. Candidates are tested on their knowledge in interactive sessions with experts. The 12 candidates with the best results are selected to participate in the final award ceremony.
The contest is organized by Health and Life newspaper, with Herbalife Vietnam as a companion. The goal is to inspire participants and the community to develop healthy eating habits and regular exercise to improve health and quality of life.
“I Am Healthier” was first held in 2022 and will continue in 2023 with more than 2,000 candidates participating each year, reaching millions of viewers nationwide.
According to the organizers, in the world, each happiness index has different measurement methods with different purposes, but they all have one common criterion: health. When healthy, the criteria for natural beauty are also more open.

At the launching ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Dat - Senior Communications Director of Herbalife Vietnam expressed his honor to accompany Health and Life Newspaper to organize the third "I Am Healthier and More Beautiful" Contest, carrying out a meaningful event for the community.
“We hope the contest will help the community pay more attention to the importance of nutrition, combined with regular physical exercise for a healthy life,” said Mr. Dat.
He also added that the program is in line with Herbalife's long-term orientation in coordinating stakeholders to improve the health and stature of Vietnamese people. The event demonstrates efforts in disseminating knowledge about health, fitness and nutrition to the community.
Sharing the same view, Mr. Vu Van Thang, General Director of Herbalife Vietnam and Cambodia, said that sponsoring this contest aims to carry out initiatives to help more people live healthier every day.
“We hope the contest will make a practical contribution to inspiring many people to adopt healthy eating and exercise habits to become better versions of themselves,” said Mr. Thang.

In addition, the company also participated in community activities, contributing VND2 billion to the Vietnam Fatherland Front's account to support people affected by Typhoon Yagi. In parallel, Herbalife Vietnam's customers, members and employees contributed VND857 million to the program.
