Attending the conference were comrades: Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of the Office and Central Party Committees; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee; Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; leaders of departments, branches, districts and cities.
At the conference, delegates focused on giving opinions on the draft Action Program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Resolution No. 46-NQ/TW dated December 20, 2023 of the Politburo on innovation and improving the quality of activities of the Vietnam Farmers' Union to meet the requirements of revolutionary tasks in the new period.
Comrade Le Thi Kim Dung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council and members of the Standing Committee attended the conference.
Regarding this content, delegates suggested that it is necessary to clarify propaganda solutions, raise awareness of farmer members; promote linkages in production to create linkage chains, create safe and quality products; propagate farmers to be the ones to preserve and promote cultural identity values of regional characteristics; strengthen ideological education, raise awareness and understanding of the law for farmer members.
Comrade Nguyen Van Son, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee attended the conference.
Delegates also gave their opinions on the draft Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Directive No. 28-CT/TW dated December 25, 2023 of the Politburo on strengthening the care, education and protection of children to meet the requirements of developing a prosperous and happy country; Draft Plan of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 70-KL/TW dated January 31, 2024 of the Politburo on developing physical training and sports in the new period; draft Directive of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership in the dissemination and education of law in the province; the organization of a provincial delegation to visit Truong Sa archipelago, DK1 platform in 2024 and draft Regulations on the organization and operation of the inspection and supervision delegation of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Manh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the conference.
The conference also gave direct comments on documents including: draft Document on implementing Directive No. 30-CT/TW dated February 5, 2024 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat on oral propaganda work in the new situation, draft Report on the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW "On promoting studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle" in 2023-2024; draft Report summarizing 10 years of implementing Resolution No. 37-NQ/TW dated October 9, 2014 of the Politburo (11th tenure) on theoretical work and research orientation to 2030; Draft Report summarizing 15 years of implementing Directive No. 38-CT/TW dated September 7, 2009 of the Central Party Secretariat (10th tenure) on promoting health insurance work in the new situation. Report of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee on the results of handling work between two sessions of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee.
