The Standing Committee of Ninh Binh City Party Committee organized a training course on knowledge and skills in mass mobilization work.

On the morning of May 15, the Standing Committee of the Ninh Binh City Party Committee organized a training course on knowledge, skills, and professional work of mass mobilization in 2024 for 141 comrades who are Heads and Deputy Heads of departments, branches, sectors, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the city; Head of the city's Reception and Results Department; Head of the Mass Mobilization Block of wards and communes; representatives of the People's Committee and civil servants in charge of the reception and results department at the commune level.

Speaking at the training course, Comrade Dinh Van Tien, Provincial Party Committee member and City Party Committee Secretary, stated: Mass mobilization work is an important part, of strategic significance to the Party's revolutionary cause. Therefore, he suggested that the trainees attending the training course proactively acquire basic knowledge about mass mobilization work and mass mobilization work to apply in their localities and units; at the same time, actively discuss and exchange difficulties, limitations and requirements for mass mobilization work in the current situation.

After completing the training course, each trainee immediately applies the knowledge and understanding that has been exchanged and communicated to the practical activities of the locality and unit to improve the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work in the coming time.

Participating in the training course, the trainees listened to the cadres of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the City Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee convey the following topics: Mass mobilization work of the political system in the new situation; Communication and behavioral skills of people doing mass mobilization work; Law on implementing democracy at the grassroots level; implementing democracy in State administrative agencies and public service units; Mass mobilization work of State agencies and authorities at all levels in the new situation.

Through the training course, cadres, civil servants and public employees of Ninh Binh city will promptly grasp new documents and factors affecting mass mobilization, ethnicity and religion; consolidate and practice skills and expertise in mass mobilization, effectively carry out mass mobilization work, create high consensus among cadres, party members and people of all walks of life in implementing the guidelines, policies and guidelines of the Party, State and locality.
