Latest case of the Dean being suspended from work by the university
After being temporarily suspended from work and position by Ho Chi Minh City University of Management and Technology (UMT), Dr. Nguyen Tra Giang, Director of the Institute of Sports Science and Management and activities of the Department of Sports Management of UMT, responded to the school.
Accordingly, Ms. Giang sent a petition to the press and relevant authorities, reflecting that after issuing the above decision, on the evening of January 7, UMT University issued a press release about the temporary suspension of her work and position as dean of the school due to many accusations, the school needs to verify the incident. IELTS switches completely to computer-based testing
The British Council has announced that IELTS candidates taking the test after March 29 will switch completely from paper-based to computer-based. It is known that both IELTS on paper and IELTS on computer have the same test format, questions and scoring methods.
That is, with the computer-based test, candidates will receive results faster, only about 2 days. Candidates can register more easily: they can register for the test 1-2 days before the test date and take the test any day of the week; the test frequency is more frequent, giving candidates more options. Speaking at the conference to review the work in 2024 and deploy tasks in 2025, Minister of Education and Training Nguyen Kim Son said that although 2025 is not the starting year of the new 5-year plan, it is the time to start many major tasks of the sector.
