Quickly approach new tasks in a comprehensive, focused and key manner to implement the comprehensive development goals of the province. Promote administrative reform in the spirit of removing bottlenecks in administrative procedures, flexibly managing the state, creating open mechanisms, and unblocking resources for development; proactively and strongly promoting decentralization to districts to maintain development momentum as well as create conditions for attracting investment; especially attracting FDI investment of the province. Actively participate in preparing contents for Party Congresses at all levels towards the 20th Provincial Party Congress (both documents and personnel content) to realize development goals for the new term. Effectively and effectively implement the revolution in streamlining the organizational apparatus. Pay attention to ensuring national defense and security, maintaining political security and social order and safety, especially in special areas, ensuring the acceleration and development of Nghe An in the new period.
