In 2024, the Provincial Fatherland Front directed the successful organization of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels; the 15th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam Fatherland Front of Nghe An province, term 2024-2029.

The work of caring for and supporting the poor has been effectively implemented, calling for and mobilizing the "For the Poor" fund of more than 128 billion VND. From this source of support, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee has promptly repaired 7,751 "Great Solidarity" houses for poor households; supported more than 17 billion VND for 5,550 students... In particular, the program of mobilizing and supporting the construction and repair of houses for the poor and people with difficult housing circumstances in the period of 2023-2025 has mobilized resources to implement the program in many forms, with a total converted amount of over 843.19 billion VND, supporting the construction and repair of 11,787 houses, reaching 75% of the demand for the whole period of 2023 - 2025. In addition, movements such as: "All people unite to build new rural areas, civilized urban areas"; The campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods"... has been innovated by the Vietnam Fatherland Front, creating and focusing on the grassroots.
