At the 15th Anniversary of the Establishment of the Can Tho City Real Estate Association held on the evening of February 20, Chairman of the Can Tho City Real Estate Association Duong Quoc Thuy proposed that the Standing Committee of the Can Tho City People's Committee, relevant departments, districts and towns pay attention to and continue to remove difficulties and obstacles for real estate projects in the area in 2025. When the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has approved the project, it will focus on creating all favorable conditions, supporting and helping businesses to implement projects in the area.

Regarding land determination, land allocation, land lease, land use purpose conversion, and land use fee calculation, the Standing Vice Chairman of the Can Tho City People's Committee said that this is a very sensitive issue. The City has recently determined the price to collect land use fees for 2 projects. In the first quarter of this year, the City will continue to collect land use fees for a number of projects. The City is determined to basically collect land use fees for all land plots that have land allocation decisions this year.
