In the 2024 high school graduation exam, Bac Ninh province has 27 testing sites including 750 official testing rooms and 8 backup testing sites with 17,688 candidates taking the exam.
Up to now, the examination sites have arranged and prepared adequate facilities, equipment, security plans, traffic safety, electricity, healthcare, etc. to ensure the best conditions for candidates. The preparation work is thorough in accordance with the spirit of the Ministry of Education and Training: safe, serious, in accordance with regulations, thoughtful, friendly.
Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan and the inspection team inspected the preparation for the high school graduation exam at the exam sites: Luong Tai High School (exam site No. 26) and Thuan Thanh High School No. 3 (exam site No. 23). These are two exam sites with the largest number of candidates and exam rooms in the province.

Luong Tai High School is a combined exam site with a total of 890 candidates taking the exam in 38 exam rooms, including: Luong Tai High School, Luong Tai High School No. 3, District Vocational Education and Continuing Education Center and independent candidates.
The exam site of Thuan Thanh High School No. 3 has 735 candidates registered for the exam with 31 official exam rooms and 2 backup exam rooms. Of which, 531 candidates are 12th grade students of Thuan Thanh High School No. 3; the rest are Thuan Thanh Continuing Education Center and independent candidates.

Directly inspecting the exam room, exam room, waiting room, candidate storage area; the system of propaganda boards serving the exam, and rehearsing the plan for sudden power outages, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan highly appreciated the proactiveness of the standing agency of the Provincial Exam Steering Committee, the education and training sector, the member sectors of the Steering Committee and the localities in the exam preparation work.
In order for the exam to take place safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations, comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan suggested that the exam sites need to focus on reviewing all work content during the exam organization process. Actively coordinate with functional agencies and localities, strengthen measures to ensure security and safety inside and outside the exam area; proactively prepare plans to handle bad weather situations; as well as conditions for food safety, electricity, water, health care, etc.

Comrade Vuong Quoc Tuan noted that examination sites need to review the list of staff in charge of the examination, strictly prohibiting people without duties from entering the examination area. For examination rooms near residential areas, it is necessary to have measures to ensure absolute safety according to the instructions. At the same time, strengthen propaganda work on mass media so that candidates and parents understand and grasp the examination regulations; ensure the best physical and mental health for candidates taking the exam.
Regarding the issue of speaking, the Head of the Steering Committee assigned the standing agency of the Provincial Steering Committee, the Director of the Department of Education and Training, to speak on professional matters; the Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department to speak on issues related to exam security and safety. Along with that, proactively develop scenarios and have solutions to handle unusual situations that may arise. The province's goal is to organize the exam safely, seriously, in accordance with regulations, thoughtfully, friendly and achieve high results; not cover up violations; but also not cause stress for candidates.
