SHB and Tasco signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement

SHB and Tasco will cooperate comprehensively and effectively, commensurate with the potential of the two units; together creating high-value products and services for customers, the community and society.

Saigon - Hanoi Commercial Joint Stock Bank (SHB) and Tasco Joint Stock Company (Tasco) have signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement. Accordingly, the two sides will cooperate closely, making the most of each side's strengths to promote growth, diversify business activities, thereby improving efficiency and increasing competitiveness in the market. SHB is a credit institution in the TOP of the largest private commercial joint stock banks in Vietnam in terms of charter capital, while Tasco is a leading unit in the field of automobile services and smart traffic infrastructure in Vietnam. The two sides will jointly implement business expansion activities and optimize potential from both domestic and international markets, including countries where SHB or Tasco operates. This cooperation is not only limited to the core areas of each side but also extends to areas of mutual interest.

The two sides also committed to prioritizing the use of each other's products and services. In addition, the two sides will coordinate to provide preferential products and services to customers, while creating new products and convenient solutions that benefit the community and society. SHB will provide comprehensive financial solutions for Tasco, its member units, affiliated companies and personal banking products and services for all employees at competitive costs. At the same time, SHB will design solutions on value chains and ecosystems along with preferential programs and policies exclusively for Tasco. SHB and Tasco will coordinate to organize brand promotion programs in important events and cultural and sports exchange activities to promote the spirit of solidarity and cohesion between the two sides. Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Quang Hien, Chairman of SHB Board of Directors, shared: “The signing ceremony is an important milestone in the cooperative relationship between the two units, opening up opportunities for sustainable development and exploiting the huge potential of the market, bringing benefits not only to the two units but also to customers, the community and society.
