On a chilly day at the end of 2022, about 70 guests were invited to a warm party themed "40 Years on a Journey." The hosts – a couple who had been together for four decades – organized this event with the desire to look back on their long journey filled with memories with their loved ones. Along with a specially composed song, the guests watched an emotional documentary about the lives of the couple.

Amidst the emotional tears, there was a special guest: Ms. Bui Thi Thanh Hien , Deputy Head of Customer Service Department,SHB Business Center. She attended not only as a regular customer of the bank, but also as a close friend who has been with them for many years.

When she received the invitation to the party, Ms. Hien was very surprised. "Even now, whenever I think back, I feel very emotional. After many years of working together, the customers have come to see me as a close friend and have given me the opportunity to share the most memorable moments in their lives," Ms. Hien expressed.

At the Cau Dien Transaction Office, SHB Ha Thanh Branch, many employees still remember the heartfelt poem written by a customer on the occasion of Vietnamese Women's Day (October 20th). Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu, former Deputy Director of the branch, now Deputy Director in charge of Regional Business Development, Retail Banking Division, said: "When we received this poem, everyone felt very happy. We were happy not because it was a poem, but because we felt the sincere affection that the customer had for us," Ms. Thu said, adding, "Not only did she write the poem, but she also introduced many customers to us."

According to Ms. Thu, the strong bond between customers and staff at the Ha Thanh branch in particular, and SHB in general, stems from dedication and mutual understanding. "Only when you understand your customers can you advise them on suitable products and connect with them like family."
