21 winning works of the online photo contest "Vietnamese Ao Dai - Beautiful moments with family"

On the occasion of the 114th anniversary of International Women's Day (March 8, 1910 - March 8, 2024) and the 1984th anniversary of the Hai Ba Trung uprising (40 - 2024), on the morning of March 1, the Provincial Women's Union (VWU) in coordination with the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized the award ceremony of the online photo contest "Vietnamese Ao Dai - Beautiful moments with family". Members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and leaders of the Provincial People's Committee attended.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee and the Provincial Women's Union awarded a special prize to 1 work.

After nearly 2 months of launching the online photo contest with the theme "Vietnamese Ao Dai - Beautiful moments with family", the Women's Union of districts, cities and units received 1,851 entries from officials, members and women; selected 284 of the best entries from their units to send to the Organizing Committee of the provincial contest.

Provincial leaders and delegates attended the program.

Each photo spreads a story, a message of love, but together they reflect beautiful, memorable moments of love, joy and happiness; of the passion of family members for the national ao dai. The organizing committee awarded 1 special prize, 2 first prizes, 3 second prizes, 5 third prizes and 10 consolation prizes for outstanding works.

Leaders of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and the Provincial Women's Union awarded first prize to two works.

Leaders of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee and the Provincial Women's Union awarded second prizes to 3 works.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and the Provincial Women's Union awarded consolation prizes to the works. The work won the special prize of the contest.

On this occasion, the Provincial Women's Union and the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism organized a friendly women's volleyball match at the provincial level in 2024 to promote and encourage the practice movement, promote this sport, and create a playground for women to exchange and learn from each other. The tournament attracted nearly 100 athletes from 11 teams of districts, cities and units. With technical playing style and an even lineup, the teams gave the audience exciting and beautiful matches.

The Organizing Committee awarded 1 first prize, 1 second prize, 2 third prizes and 7 consolation prizes to the competing teams.
