On the morning of December 26, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association held a conference to summarize the association's work in 2023 and deploy key tasks in 2024.

The Provincial Literature and Arts Association commends collectives with outstanding achievements in 2023.

In 2023, members of 6 specialized branches of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association actively composed literary and artistic works to serve the political tasks of the province and the country, participating in competitions organized by central professional associations, ministries, branches and localities. Many major activities were jointly organized by the Provincial Literature and Arts Association such as the literary and artistic composition competition on the theme "Thai Binh Enterprises and Entrepreneurs in the cause of socio-economic development"; Vietnam Poetry Day, exhibition of paintings and art photos on the theme "Spring Colors" at the Tomb and Temple of Tran Dynasty Kings (Hung Ha); fine art exhibition "Thai Binh - Alluvial Land" in Hai Phong City; The 25th Red River Delta Art Photography Festival in Thai Binh... The Association organized 3 art and literature creation camps in other provinces for 44 members and 6 creative field trips for over 150 members, creating conditions for members of all majors to inspire their creative ideas and over 300 new works have been published; many works have won awards at home and abroad.

In 2024, the Provincial Literature and Arts Association will strengthen the work of grasping ideas, orienting creations and providing information to artists; focus on fighting and refuting false and hostile information and viewpoints in the field of literature and arts; effectively deploying literary and arts creation campaigns, well implementing creative field trips and creative camps for members of branches; organizing training courses, seminars, workshops, and thematic talks on creative trends and approaches to new creative trends in literature and arts; exhibiting and introducing authors and works, etc.

At the conference, the leaders of the Provincial Literature and Arts Association commended and rewarded 2 collectives and 19 individuals with outstanding achievements in 2023.
