Not only becoming a bright spot and a pioneer in developing the OCOP Program, in recent times, Hanoi has focused on implementing a series of trade promotion activities and consuming OCOP products such as: Consulting week, introducing and promoting the consumption of OCOP products, craft villages, safe agricultural products and food...
Recently, the Hanoi People's Committee directed the Hanoi Investment - Trade and Tourism Promotion Center and relevant agencies to organize a Specialty, Gift, Handicraft, and OCOP Market from the evening of December 25 to 29, at the Royal City Commercial Center Square (72A Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan).
The event aims to enhance trade promotion activities, support advertising, introduce and find outlets for handicraft products, souvenirs, OCOP, specialty products, typical and typical products of localities, and stimulate consumption.
The product attracts the attention of many people in the capital.
The fair with the participation of 180 booths aims to support connecting businesses to create supply chains, sustainable product consumption in the domestic market as well as for export. The organizers hope that this event will contribute to effectively implementing the campaign "Vietnamese people prioritize using Vietnamese goods".
In addition, departments and branches of Hanoi City continuously organize festivals, fairs, and exhibitions to connect culture with tourism and craft villages, introducing and promoting OCOP products of the capital and the whole country. Thousands of local OCOP products of craft villages are introduced and promoted, becoming favorite destinations for many customers. Some typical activities include: Hanoi Tourism Festival, Hanoi Tourism Gift Festival, Hanoi Craft Village Food and Tourism Festival, Hanoi Fruit Festival, the first Hanoi Lotus Festival in 2024, the first Hanoi Ornamental Plants Festival in 2024, etc.
"Recently, the Hanoi Department of Industry and Trade has implemented many solutions, accompanied businesses and cooperatives, promoted the consumption of agricultural products and local specialties in the supermarket system; increased the application of information technology in the production and consumption of OCOP products...".
