Accordingly, Da Nang City ranked first with 0.8485 points.

The component indexes in the ICT Index that Da Nang City achieved include the technical infrastructure index of 0.7908 points (ranked 2nd/63 provinces and cities), the human resources infrastructure index of 0.7892 points (ranked 2nd/63 provinces and cities), and the information technology application index of 0.9655 points (ranked 1st/63 provinces and cities).

This is the 14th year that Da Nang City has maintained its top position in the ICT Index (since 2009).

The next positions on the ICT Index 2023 rankings are Can Tho (0.6881 points), Quang Ninh (0.6514 points), Bac Ninh (0.664 points). At the bottom of the list is Phu Yen with only 0.1993 points.

In the group of ministries with public services, the Ministry of Finance ranked first with 0.7553 points, followed by the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Ministry of Health... The Ministry of Home Affairs ranked last with 0.1821 points.

In the group of commercial banks, Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) leads, Vietnam Bank for Social Policies ranks last.

Vietnam Electricity Group leads the ICT Index 2023 rankings in the group of economic groups and corporations.

The ICT Index report is conducted annually to provide information on the current status of development and application of information and communication technology in Vietnam. At the same time, it provides assessments on the level of readiness for development and application of information and communication technology based on collected data.
