Nui Thanh town is the center of the district. Over the past 5 years (2019-2024), the Town Front Committee and its member organizations have actively mobilized people from all walks of life to implement the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, building Nui Thanh town into a civilized urban area and contributing to making Nui Thanh meet the standards of a type IV urban area.
Over the past 5 years, the Front of Nui Thanh town has synchronously implemented propaganda, mobilization, gathering, and uniting people of all walks of life to effectively implement the 6 activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, participate in party and government building, and effectively carry out criticism and supervision work, contributing to promoting grassroots democracy.
During the past term, the Nui Thanh Town Front mobilized 245.5 million VND from the Fund for the Poor, supporting capital and livelihoods for people to escape poverty sustainably worth more than 150 million VND and supporting many cases of natural disasters and calamities...
The consultative congress elected 31 members of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nui Thanh town, term XI (2024-2029). Ms. Dang Thi Tuong Van was re-nominated to hold the position of Chairwoman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nui Thanh town, term 2024-2029.
Thus, up to now, Nui Thanh district has 10/17 communes and towns that have completed the congress of the front for the 2024-2029 term.
According to the plan, by the end of May 2024, Nui Thanh will complete the commune and town level front congresses and it is expected that in June 2024, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Congress of Nui Thanh district for the 2024-2029 term will take place.
