The topics presented include strategies for implementing AI in public management, case studies from international practices, and solutions to optimize internal resources. The speakers shared and guided how to approach and master practical applications of AI today such as: document creation, image processing, project management, data analysis and administrative procedure settlement on the Copilot platform, Microsoft Teams and the Office 365 toolkit integrated with AI.

According to Dr. Trinh Cong Duy, lecturer at the University of Technology (University of Danang), for administrative staff, it also starts with simple tasks such as using AI-integrated tools to draft documents, schedule daily schedules, write projects... but clearly we cannot "leave" 100% to AI, we must control the output, and use tools responsibly.

"We will use some available tools on the computer first, then gradually increase the demand by applying technology. It only takes 1 to 2 weeks for students to be able to apply it in their work," Dr. Trinh Cong Duy shared.
