At 8:35 a.m. on January 25, B.D.T., born in 2006, was riding motorbike 34E1-319.59 carrying BMĐ., born in 2008, both from Kien Quoc commune (Ninh Giang) on ​​provincial road 396, in the direction of Cau Me to Hong Du commune. When reaching Do Chang village, Hong Du commune, they collided with electric motorbike 34MD 4-003.47 driven by Ms. NTR, born in 1955, from Thuong Dong village, Hong Du commune (Ninh Giang) going in the same direction while crossing the road.

As a result, D. died at the scene.

It is known that D. is a student at a high school in Ninh Giang district. The two children were riding a motorbike without wearing helmets.
