Boss Wagner Prigozhin announced that his group has no plans to recruit more people, after many members signed contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense.
"We are defining our next tasks, which are becoming more and more specific. These will be tasks in the name of Russia's greatness," Wagner boss Yevgeny Prigozhin said on July 31.
After the June uprising, the Kremlin announced that Wagner members not involved in the rebellion would be transferred to the regular army, signing contracts with the Russian Ministry of Defense.

Boss Wagner alluded to this, saying it was "unfortunate" that some of his fighters had moved to other structures, but he suggested they were looking to return to the force.
"If there is no shortage of personnel, we do not plan to open a new recruitment drive. However, we would be happy if you would stay in touch, and as soon as we need to create a new force to protect the country's interests, we will definitely recruit soldiers," Prigozhin added.
In addition to the forces contracted by the Russian Ministry of Defense, many Wagner members have moved with Prigozhin to Belarus and started training at the base in Tsel. Wagner told his fighters on July 19 that they would stop fighting in Ukraine and prepare for a new journey in Africa.
Wagner operates in many regions of the world, including African countries such as Libya, the Central African Republic and Sudan. This force is said to sign security contracts with countries in exchange for the right to mine gold and minerals there.
