"Green Voice" is one of many activities of the Green Future Fund to raise public awareness and promote society to join hands to act for a better future. Through this, candidates have the opportunity to demonstrate their mettle and creative thinking ability, and at the same time, participate in many training sessions on public speaking and debating skills with leading experts, and learn new knowledge from world-famous professors and scholars in the Professional Councils.

"This is a useful playground for the young generation to demonstrate their bravery, creative thinking as well as improve their public speaking and debate skills," the organizing committee representative affirmed.

With the theme of sustainable development, the content of the speech and debate is based on 10 key action programs of the Green Future Fund, including: Green Mobility, Green Energy, Green Office, Green Consumption, Green Environment, Green Urban Gardens, Green Tourism, Green Education, Green Healthcare and Green Sports.

The competition has four rounds: Registration, Preliminary, Head-to-head and Ranking. Contestants can register as individuals or teams (maximum of two people) and are divided into two groups depending on the competition language: Vietnamese or English.

In the Registration round, contestants have more than a month (November 2 - December 9) to submit their ideas to the organizing committee. The Preliminary round is conducted online. Students submit a eloquent video clip of up to 7 minutes about their previously registered ideas. From the Confrontation round, they will compete directly to find individuals and teams to enter the Ranking round. This round is scheduled to be held at VinUni University on March 23, 2024.
