New Vinamilk Green Farm fresh milk is produced from ingredients from an environmentally friendly farm and dual vacuum technology helps preserve natural flavors.
Vinamilk announced a new line of fresh milk products at the event "Enjoying Experience - Traveling the Taste with Vinamilk Green Farm" on December 15-17 in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
The highlight of Vinamilk Green Farm fresh milk is that for the first time the company has applied dual vacuum technology in production, with pure raw materials from an ecological, environmentally friendly farm system, to preserve the natural flavor of the product.

The company representative said that the double vacuum technology is a breakthrough innovation in the dairy processing industry because it has solved the problem of preserving the nutrition and fresh flavor of milk. Free oxygen radicals are one of the factors that greatly affect the uniformity and flavor of milk. With a closed process from the farm to the finished milk cartons, the double vacuum technology helps eliminate 50% of free oxygen radicals in milk, combined with preserving cold milk at 4 degrees Celsius during processing. Thanks to that, Vinamilk Green Farm products when reaching consumers still retain their natural fatty aroma, a bit of grass and flowers and a sweet aftertaste, suitable for Vietnamese taste.
In addition to improvements in production technology, the new fresh milk also uses raw materials from ecological, environmentally friendly farm systems.
Ms. Bui Thi Huong, Executive Director of Human Resources - Administration and External Relations of Vinamilk, said that the company's efforts are to invest in sustainable development early. "With the new product, the company is gradually moving closer to a green future, realizing the goal of caring for the quality of life of every Vietnamese family," Ms. Huong said.

At the event held at the Hanoi Opera House and Lam Son Square Park (HCMC), attendees were able to try cold glasses of milk amidst the scent of flowers and grass; discover Vinamilk's journey to create Green Farm vacuum-packed fresh milk and immerse themselves in a multi-sensory projection space.
Bao Ngoc, a student at the University of Transport, said she really likes Vinamilk's new low-sugar milk flavor because it is fragrant, rich, and not too sweet.
Also coming to experience early, Ms. Le Thi Khue (Long Bien district, Hanoi) said that her family has trusted Vinamilk milk for a long time, so when she saw the brand launch a new product, she bought it to try. "The milk has a cool, fatty taste typical of cow's milk, not the kind of flavoring, so it's very easy to drink," Ms. Khue said.

The Clean Label Project certification from the US is a safety and purity award for products that pass more than 400 strict criteria for antibiotic residues, unwanted plastic compounds, heavy metals, pesticide residues and other harmful chemicals with an acceptable threshold 125 times lower than normal food safety regulations.
