Of which, the central government supported 240 million VND, the provincial level over 14.4 billion VND, the district level over 3.5 billion VND, and the commune level over 3.1 billion VND. Thus, up to this point, the Provincial Fund for the Poor has reached 189.17% of the target, an increase of 96.26% over the same period.
In addition, at the Art Program to welcome the 12th Provincial Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province also received 15.4 billion VND from organizations, individuals, units, and enterprises inside and outside the province to support the Fund for the Poor.
From this support, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province will implement the Project to replicate economic development models to help poor and near-poor households escape poverty sustainably in the period 2024-2029.
The beneficiaries are workers from poor households, near-poor households, poor households of ethnic minorities, people with disabilities (without stable livelihoods) and women from poor households. The support amount is 20 million VND/household. Currently, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province requests the Fatherland Fronts of districts, towns and cities to review, synthesize and make a list of poor and near-poor households that need to participate in the implementation of this project and send it to the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Yen province for consideration.
