At the meeting, the People's Committee of Thai Binh city reported on the planning plan for the city center in Le Hong Phong ward and Bo Xuyen ward, the progress of implementing the contents of the urban area along Tra Ly river in Le Hong Phong ward and Bo Xuyen ward, the planning plan to expand Dinh Tien Hoang street and Ngo Quyen street; the Department of Construction reported on the progress of implementing the residential housing development project in Dong Hoa commune and the new urban housing development project in Tan Binh commune and Tien Phong ward; the Department of Planning and Investment reported on the progress of implementing the LNG thermal power plant project; the Management Board of Economic Zones and Industrial Parks of the province reported on the progress of implementing the planning for the construction of the high-class commercial service urban area of Con Vanh - Con Thu, Con Vanh golf course, the investment project for construction and business of infrastructure of VSIP Thai Binh industrial park; The Provincial Management Board of Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Projects reports on the progress of the implementation of the Provincial General Hospital project at the medical center area and the Thai Binh Provincial Museum construction investment project.

After listening to the delegates discuss and contribute their opinions on the contents, in his concluding remarks at the meeting, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations in the implementation of the projects. He assessed that the progress of most key projects did not meet the set plan.
