Việt NamViệt Nam03/03/2025

This is a preferential interest rate loan package designed by VPBank specifically for young customers, from 18 to 35 years old, to support young people to have more opportunities to own their own dream home. With extremely attractive interest rates, from only 5.2%/year, this preferential loan package is expected to be a very practical financial support solution for young people.

In recent years, real estate prices have skyrocketed , especially in big cities like Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, along with “modest” incomes, making home ownership out of reach for many people, especially the young. An economic expert once said that with sky-high housing prices, Vietnamese people need to work hard for an average of 23.7 years to be able to buy a house.

Implementing the Prime Minister 's direction on implementing credit solutions to support young people to be able to buy houses, As well as understanding the dream of settling down of many people, Vietnam Prosperity Joint Stock Commercial Bank (VPBank) has immediately launched a preferential home loan package with an interest rate of only 5.2%/year exclusively for young customers under 35 years old. With this preferential loan package, customers can borrow up to 80% of the value of the house, with a loan term of up to 25 years. The conditions of the loan package are also very simple , customers only need to have a loan need and the property has a certificate of ownership, VPBank will support and advise customers.

Thanks to the flexible fixed interest rate policy of up to 24 months, customers can proactively choose a loan option that suits their personal financial plan, while reducing payment pressure in the early stages of the loan .

VPBank representative said: “In order to help young customers easily access loan packages, VPBank has developed a variety of interest rate options so that customers can flexibly choose a financial solution package that suits their needs and financial capabilities. We expect that this flexible financial solution package will help customers easily own their own home and create a solid foundation for the future.”

Not only that, for customers who are able to pay early, VPBank applies an attractive early repayment fee of no more than 2.5%, and waives early repayment fees from the 5th year to ensure maximum benefits for borrowers. This policy helps customers be more flexible in managing their finances, and can pay off their loans without worrying about excessively high costs, especially when their personal finances have become more stable after a period of borrowing.

One of the great advantages of this loan package is the simple procedure and quick approval process, helping young customers quickly access capital to realize their home buying plans. The special preferential interest rate and optimal financial support policy also help significantly reduce the financial burden, making it easier for young people to own their own home.

Although it is considered a difficult economic year, according to statistics from VPBank, in 2024, VPBank disbursed nearly 15,000 home loans, an increase of 14% compared to 2023, with total disbursement revenue reaching 43,405 billion VND, an increase of 23% compared to 2023. In particular, most home loan packages are concentrated in projects in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City and most of the customers are between the ages of 30 and 50. Therefore, VPBank believes that this preferential interest rate package will be an effective financial solution for many young customers today.
