From Thai Binh to Lam Dong received 3.5 billion VND transferred by mistake

Previously, on the evening of April 11, Ms. Phan Thi Ngoc, residing in Ward 2, Bao Loc City, was having dinner when she received a notice that her bank account had been credited with 3.5 billion VND.

Knowing that someone had transferred money by mistake, on the morning of April 12, Ms. Ngoc proactively went to the Police Station of Ward 2, Bao Loc City to report the incident.

The authorities verified and identified the account owner as Ms. VTHY, residing in Thai Thuy district, Thai Binh province.

Because she was taking care of her young child, Ms. Y. authorized her husband to go from Thai Binh to Lam Dong to receive the money that had been mistakenly transferred. On the afternoon of April 12, Ms. Y.'s husband was present at the Ward 2 Police Station to receive the money.
