Traceability and sales support applications on digital platforms

To determine the origin traceability (TR) and apply sales support applications on digital platforms to ensure the quality, safety, transparency of products and goods when they are brought to the market, the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST) has issued Circular No. 02/2024/TT-BKHCN "Regulations on the management of TRC of products and goods". This is an important basis for ministries, branches and consumers to implement to ensure market transparency.

Enterprises and cooperatives experiment with traceability using TrueData electronic chip stamps.

In the context of international economic integration and the strong development of e-commerce platforms, digital transformation and e-commerce have become inevitable requirements; contributing to providing important knowledge to help businesses and cooperatives raise awareness of the role of e-commerce and sales applications on digital platforms. However, despite the benefits, in reality, many businesses are still facing difficulties when choosing digital technology products to serve e-commerce such as: difficulties in integrating internal information technology tools; changing traditional business practices and business innovation mechanisms; high costs of applying digital technology; human resources lacking information about digital technology... In order to overcome the above limitations, and at the same time, contribute to the dissemination and popularization of knowledge about digital transformation for enterprises in Thanh Hoa province, the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry, Thanh Hoa - Ninh Binh Branch (VCCI Thanh Hoa) has just coordinated with the Enterprise Development Institute - VCCI and Vietnam Anti-Counterfeiting Technology Joint Stock Company (ACTIV) to organize a workshop on digital transformation solutions and sales support applications on digital platforms to guide enterprises in applying digital platforms in managing the circulation and consumption of domestic goods, promoting trade promotion activities with foreign markets; popularizing and raising awareness of enterprises and cooperatives about the role of digital transformation; enhancing the value and positioning of product brands... Contributing to creating a foundation for the production and circulation of goods in the digital economy, helping enterprises meet international and importing country regulations, thereby helping to increase productivity, product quality and consumption markets for enterprises.
