Search for a group of people fighting with many gunshots

A gang of about 30 people drove around in several cars, carrying weapons and shouting, then rushed in and slashed the opposing group. There were many loud explosions, suspected to have been caused by guns.

On the afternoon of May 22, Mr. Hoang Xuan Hai, Chairman of the People's Committee of Le Hong Phong Ward (Quy Nhon City) said that the police of this ward are coordinating with the police of Quy Nhon City to investigate and clarify the subjects who fought with weapons on the night of May 21 on Hoang Van Thu Street (in Le Hong Phong Ward).

Previously, at around 11 p.m. on May 21, Le Tien Long's gang (born in 1996, in Le Hong Phong ward) of 10 people was drinking on the sidewalk of Hoang Van Thu street.

Immediately after that, a group of about 30 people in a car rushed in, holding weapons including sticks, knives, homemade long-handled knives... and attacked Long's gang. Being attacked unexpectedly, Long's group used plastic chairs to fight back and ran into the house, closing the door.

Without stopping, the group of 30 people continued to shout, challenge and continuously smash the door of the house on Hoang Van Thu street. After that, one person held an object shaped like a gun and let out a series of loud explosions, causing many people in the area to panic.

The aftermath of the fight left Le Hong Chien (born 2007, in Le Hong Phong ward) injured, suspected to be from a gunshot wound, and had to be hospitalized for emergency treatment...

At the scene, the authorities inspected and collected 5 bullet casings, 1 bullet tip and 2 homemade long-handled knives...

According to Mr. Hoang Xuan Hai, Le Hong Phong Ward Police have made an initial report on the incident to the Ward People's Committee and Quy Nhon City Police.

“Because the incident happened at night and there were many people involved, it will take time to investigate and handle the case. The authorities will investigate and handle this case quickly and strictly,” said Chairman of the People’s Committee of Le Hong Phong Ward.
