On the morning of February 1 (January 4, At Ty year), at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial Cultural Area, Thanh Hoa City People's Committee organized a calligraphy art performance program to celebrate the Party and the Spring of At Ty 2025.

The Spring Calligraphy Performance is a traditional cultural activity organized by Thanh Hoa City on the occasion of Lunar New Year every year, attracting a large number of people to participate. The program began with special performances such as: songs celebrating the Party, celebrating spring, praising the homeland and country performed by artists and actors from cultural and artistic clubs in Thanh Hoa City.

Next was the calligraphy performance by calligrapher - Dr. Pham Van Tuan (Institute of Han Nom Studies, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences). With soft, graceful strokes containing the heart, mind, spirit and strength of the writer, Dr. Pham Van Tuan wrote for the leaders of Thanh Hoa City the word: Dong Phong - representing the connection, of the eastern wind - the wind of thousands of years from Dong Son culture to continue and continue to develop in the current period. At the same time, the word also carries the meaning of a new wind, a wind from the East, a wind of attention from the Central, the province and the People for Thanh Hoa City to develop further.

Participating in the program, people can immerse themselves in the joyful atmosphere of spring, admire the soft, liberal calligraphy with profound humanistic meaning. At the program, many people participated in the activity of asking for calligraphy at the beginning of spring. The custom of asking and giving calligraphy at the beginning of spring of Vietnamese people - a beautiful traditional culture of the Vietnamese people, aims to convey wishes for a year of peace, luck, fortune, and development of the person asking for and giving calligraphy.
