The Government issues a Decree detailing the implementation of a number of articles of the Law on Public Investment.

The Decree clearly states that public investment capital is allocated to public investment subjects according to the provisions of the Law on Public Investment and is divided into 13 sectors and fields.

In which, the field of Culture and Information includes tasks, programs and projects serving the goals in the following fields:

Culture: Protect and preserve the values ​​of tangible and intangible cultural heritage and national culture; develop literature, art, cinema, libraries, museums, grassroots culture, performing arts; develop the system of cultural institutions and cultural works.

Information: Infrastructure, facilities, equipment serving publishing and press activities of the Party and State.

Radio, television and news agency sector: Tasks, programs and investment projects to build infrastructure, facilities and equipment to serve radio, television and news agency purposes to carry out essential political, social and public service tasks.

Physical Education and Sports: Tasks, programs, and investment projects to build infrastructure, facilities, and equipment to serve the goals of physical education and sports development.

Tourism: Infrastructure for sustainable tourism development in tourist areas, spots, and locations...
