Deploying research and compiling the document "Propaganda on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity"

On the morning of March 30, the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department coordinated to organize a meeting to deploy research and compile the document "Propaganda on the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity (PCTN, TC)". Comrade Be Thanh Tinh, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department chaired. Attending were leaders of the Party building departments, the Provincial Party Committee Office, the Provincial Police, the Provincial Inspectorate, the Department of Justice, the Department of Education and Training, and the Hoang Dinh Giong Political School.

The outline of the document "Propaganda on anti-corruption and anti-corruption work" includes 3 parts: Basic issues on anti-corruption and anti-corruption; Ho Chi Minh's thought and the Party and State's viewpoints on anti-corruption and anti-corruption; Recent situation of anti-corruption and anti-corruption work, directions and tasks in the coming time, responsibilities of organizations and individuals. The document is expected to be built from 90 - 100 pages, size 16 x 24 cm, with a quantity of over 5,600 copies; published and released in the second quarter of 2023.

The publication of the document aims to continue to create a strong change in people's awareness, ideology and trust in the leadership of the Party, the State and functional agencies in the fight against corruption and waste. Create motivation to practice integrity, build a culture of thrift and non-corruption among cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees. Link propaganda on corruption and waste with propaganda on the implementation of Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo "on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; Conclusion No. 21-KL/TW, dated October 25, 2021 of the 13th Party Central Committee on promoting Party building and rectification and the political system; Resolutely prevent, repel, and strictly handle cadres and party members who have degraded political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle, and who show signs of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation";

The document "Propaganda on anti-corruption and anti-corruption work" is propagated and educated at political schools, professional management agencies, organizations of the Party, State, armed forces, socio-political organizations, educational and training establishments, serving the activities of Party cells, organizations, agencies, units and widely propagated among the people in the province, helping cadres, party members and people to grasp, thoroughly understand and organize the implementation of anti-corruption and anti-corruption work extensively and effectively to build our Party and State increasingly clean and strong.

Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department Be Thanh Tinh requested the Drafting Committee to absorb the opinions at the meeting and complete the draft of the document. To ensure the early submission of the book to the Steering Committee, the Drafting Committee and specialized departments urgently assigned members to focus on drafting the content sections according to the set plan. At the same time, focus on researching and unifying the book's name; building an outline, layout, detailed and reasonable content, collecting documents that require absolute accuracy, thoroughness, ensuring scientific, political, local characteristics, convincing, practical, and spreading strongly to cadres, party members and people of all walks of life.
