Báo Lao Động•11/10/2024
Around mid-October is the time when chi pau flowers bloom most beautifully in Ta Chi Nhu (Yen Bai).
Located in Tram Tau district, Yen Bai province, Ta Chi Nhu is a famous cloud hunting destination, ideal for tourists who love backpacking and trekking. Ranked 7th among the highest mountains in Vietnam, Ta Chi Nhu has a wild, majestic landscape and an extremely diverse forest ecosystem. When I received the news that Chi Pau flowers had started to bloom, I started planning to invite my friends to go see the flowers on their own." Photo: Character provided “Ta Chi Nhu is truly beautiful, attractive and worth experiencing because of the unique features of the Chi Pau flower forest, the majestic green mountains, the vast grasslands and the 'million dollar' view of the hut”, Ms. Huong excitedly shared. This is also what impressed the female tourist the most during the whole trip: “My emotions really exploded when I saw a miniature steppe surrounded by mountains. The huts are comfortable, arguably the best of the huts I have ever been to: from toilets, electricity, water, sleeping places…”. Because the North had just experienced a strong storm, there were still landslides in many places. As a tour guide, she always had to think about putting everyone's safety first. In the end, the weather was favorable and sunny, and there were no unfortunate incidents throughout the trip. In addition, visitors should also prepare some snacks to provide quick energy such as cakes, chocolate, fruits to prevent heatstroke, fatigue, and hypoglycemia. In addition, if you plan to conquer this mountain peak, visitors should also prepare carefully for their health, practice running and walking 1-2 weeks in advance. This year, I also plan to take some trips such as admiring maple leaves on Ta Lien Son, climbing Nam Kang Ho Tao mountain, going back to hunt clouds in Lao Than and watching the sunrise on Lung Cung peak...”, Ms. Huong said.
